An opportunity exists for a passionate and enthusiastic customer service professional to join a young and dynamic Service Team at Australia’s leading HSC Tuition College, Matrix Education.
As a Service Representative, you will provide a range of administrative services to customers, contribute to continuously improving processes to satisfy customer needs and build/maintain strong relationships with all client bases. Full on-the-job training and support is provided.
A successful applicant must have:
- Minimum 2 years in Customer Service or Sales
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Superior Interpersonal skills
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills
- Qualification in Business-Related studies highly regarded
