Enjoying preferred supplier status to a range of top quality customers both resellers and retailers their client base is the envy of their competitors. Due to their continued growth, a rare opportunity now exists to become the leader of their NSW sales team.

    Your role will be as the NSW State Sales Manager. This role offers significant challenge, autonomy and career opportunity for a dynamic and consultative sales manager or outstanding up and coming account manager. You will be required to cross and up sell the complete range of products to both current and prospective clients. You will train and mentor a team of 5 sales account managers with a mandate to grow that team to at least 9 in the next 3 months.  

    The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success leading an outbound telesales team coupled with the ability to gain instant rapport and build relationships with your team members and larger clients. You will have an oustanding background in new business, be a hunter that knows how to close sales and generate a client base whilst building on existing relationships to improve their spend and you will know how to impart this knowledge onto your account managers to train them to be sales guns!! You will he highly organised with excellent presentation and verbal / written communication skills, able to analyse and generate reports and guage market trends and competitor analysis. Your attention to detail will be first class. Most of all you will highly motivated and driven to succeed and be willing to lead your team into the next stage of this exciting company.
