Have you developed great relationships with Clients - where your call ????? ????? and the HR or Line Manager at the other end of the phone welcomes the interruption and openly discusses their recruitment issues with you and asks for your advice?
Although you are billing, you are worried about the future of your employer and the security of your job.
You are looking for a boutique agency that treats all staff with respect and allows a little latitude in regards to business development and work in an environment where you can create your "niche".
I am looking for experienced, mature-minded recruitment consultants with a positive attitude to the current business climate and the guts to put in some hard yards now, developing and building Client and Candidate relationships for the longer term. You must understand that this is a business and not a charity and as such, you should operate with a sense of urgency and work new roles hard to get them filled and billed.
We are an ethical operation with no room for "Cowboys". We are into building solid, two-way working relationships with Clients and Candidates. We do not want "prima donnas'" or high maintenance people.... we simply want Consultants who get on with the job and want to be aptly (and honestly) rewarded for their wins.
We do not operate under a deficit or payback system, thus the "carrot" is never beyond your reach.
