CENTRE:
A multicultural 69 place long day care centre located at St Leonards. Provides care and education for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. There are 20 children in the Nursery room.
ROLE:
As the Team Leader your focus will be to ensure an educational program is planned, implemented and evaluated according to the individual needs and interest of the children and families within the Nursery room. Your position will also include being responsible for supporting and mentoring ????? ????? staff in the room with their programming, observations and interactions with the children. (38 hour week).
ESSENTIAL:
- Hold a completed Bachelor of Education (early childhood)
- Have teaching experience with the 0-2 year old age group
- Have strong communication skills, and the ability to lead a team in a positive manner
- Be an Australian citizen, resident or hold an unrestricted working visa
