This national leading organisation is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join their Sydney office in St Leonards due to an internal promotion.
You will be accountable for the following :-
* Meet and greet all visitors
* Book all meeting rooms
* Answering ????? ????? and transfering ????? ????? relevant person
* Co-ordinate functions and catering ????? ?????
* Update leave and attendance register for all staff
* Organise stationery orders
* Posting and distributing of mail
* Co-ordinate maintenenance of all office equipment
* Assist team with administrative tasks when required
To be guaranteed an interview with this REPUTABLE AND RAPIDLY GROWING FIRM, you must :-
* Possess 1-2 years reception experience
* Have an enthusiastic and positive nature
* Be able to work with minimal supervision
* Have Intermediate MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel skills
* Have proven ability to prioritise duties
