Office Manager/Accounts Officer

Based in St Leonards, On Q Recruitment is a specialist recruitment agency for scientific, technical and medical professionals. Due to secondment on special projects, we have an opening for an Office Manager/Accounts Officer who will join our team for 3-6 months period.
If you have:
- Strong people and problem solving skills;
- Strong organisation and time management skills;
- Experience in a recruitment company (ideally);
- 3 years MYOB experience including payrolling, invoicing and purchasing.
And if you are someone who:
- Enjoys following up and see something through to completion;
- Is organized and work well to deadlines;
- Thrives in an active environment;
- Can be focused on a task and have the ability to get on well with others.

Your responsibilities will include the daily running of the office, payrolling and accounts. The successful applicant must have the ability to work in a close-knit friendly team, have a friendly and professional telephone manner, be self motivated and have the ability to work unsupervised.
