As the Administration Manager, you will be managing a team of administrative staff, with a wide variety of roles. You will be involved in every facet of the support function. With complete responsibility for this function, you will have the opportunity to add a great deal of value to the business.
Your role will be hands-on. A large part of your role will involve utilising your excellent people management skills to develop the team, your outstanding problem solving skills to deal with any issues that arise, and your first class communication skills to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
Essential experience for this role includes the following:
· Experience of managing and developing a team
· Fluency in Mandarin – highly beneficial
· Exposure of working for a global/major national company
· A number of years experience as an Administration/Office Manager
