A rare opportunity is currently available for a stand alone Payroll/HR Officer with a well respected and well established manufacturing business in the Rockdale area. This company has a history spanning over 50 years and a market leading reputation built on high quality products and quality customer service.

As the Payroll Officer you will report to the Finance Manager and be responsible for the following duties:

• Payroll and HR for all staff
• Weekly and Monthly payroll for 150 staff
• Month and Year End procedures
• Payroll reconciliations
• Payroll Tax
• Superannuation
• Workers Compensation
• Terminations and Redundancies

Your experience working in the manufacturing industry and dealing with Workers Compensation is essential as well as your ability to run a payroll using Micropay Meridian is advantageous.

Ideally you will have a down to earth and professional personality and not shy away from handling a hands on position and taking on responsibility in this stand alone position.
