A full time position for a Customer Service Officer has become available at our office at Springvale, VIC.
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor you will:
- Provide a very high degree of accuracy in processing customer orders and invoicing
- Follow up on backorders on a daily basis and provide constant feedback back to the customers
- Provide and follow up on quotations on specific products and/or works which the customer is proposing to undertake
- Have the ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
- Perform other office duties, such as filing, answering ????? ?????….as requested
- Attend any conferences, courses, trade shows, and training sessions.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- VCE knowledge in FRP Composites is desirable but not essential
- A proactive and positive outlook, be highly motivated with a passion for customer satisfaction
- A stable career history and proven customer service or sales experience
- High level of Computer literacy including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Possess exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Forklift License desirable.
