Our client offers a service to their customers which includes but is not limited to shop fitting, welding, plumbing, fixtures/fittings and general maintenance. Their commitment to quality and exceptional customer relationships mean they are busier than ever.
This is an exciting position for a positive person who is looking to take on a challenge, either someone with experience as a supervisor or someone wanting to take that step up in their career.
Duties will - but not limited to :
- Planning and coordinating daily production workloads
- Managing both direct and sub-contract labour crews
- Reporting to Management on site progress and performance
- Supervising site activities and completion of activity
- Ensuring ????? ????? are met
Experience in building construction, building services and supervision of maintenance works is essential as is a strategic leadership approach, team player, problem solver, excellent communication skills and customer orientated.
