We represent a leading Global supplier of water treatment, wastewater treatment and process system solutions.

To build on their success, they are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their expanding team.

This position will see you dealing with all customer enquiries, processing customer orders, providing clear and accurate information on customer accounts and resolving any customer issues.

To be successful you will have previous Contact Centre experience with exposure to high volume calls and order entry. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and a strong level of keyboard/data entry ability.
