Key responsibilities include:
• Answering all incoming telephone calls, ensuring all calls are answered promptly in a professional & courteous manner.
• Transferring telephone to calls to appropriate staff and taking messages in a professional and courteous manner.
• Being the first point of contact for all customers to the dealership, greeting all dealership visitors with courtesy and enthusiasm and ensuring needs are attended to in a polite and professional manner.
• Branded merchandise sales.

With your impeccable presentation, strong verbal communication and organisational skills, you will take hold of this fantastic opportunity by demonstrating your professionalism and exceptional customer service abilities in addition to your proactive approach and commitment to a positive work ethic.

Your team focussed attitude, excellent phone manner and intermediate to advanced MS Office skills will help you secure this great role.

The position is full-time Monday to Friday 10.30am-7.00pm with a package of $42k plus super.

Previous Reception experience is essential and a must.
