Our client is well known for providing safe and reliable onsite and offsite support services to a range of companies across Australia, particularly those operating in the coal, metals, minerals and steel industries.
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Leading Hand/Operator for a residential role base at their Kalgoorlie operation. You must be currently living in Kalgoorlie or willing to relocate at your own expense. You will be working a rotating roster of 3 days, 4 nights, 3 off, 4 days, 3 nights, 4 off.
In this hands on role you will be the 2IC to the site manager. Your duties will include machine operation, staff training, field observations and supervision of staff.
To be considered for this role you must have:
* Leading hand experience in materials handling or the mining industry
* Basic computer skills
* HR license
* Front end loader, Skid steer, Grader, Dozer and Articulated truck experience.
