Our client is seeking a suitably qualified geologist to work in their open pit operation. You will enjoy working in a small team and have excellent interpersonal communiation skills. You will strive towards maintaining safety standards whilst ensuring correct interpretation of the geological aspects of the operation. You will do this by:
* Providing accurate blast blocking data to ensure product quality
* Mapping on mine operations
* Determining grade estimates, mine blocks for blasts.
Your contribution will ensure the supply of the product meets the correct specification. You will be well organised and have experience with Vulcan software.
Excellent opportunity for the right person 3-6 month contract with potential for more work.
