They are currently looking for a Broker Support Officer to join their expanding team in Bunbury. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role will see you providing general administration support to the team and processing invoices and other documents for brokers across Australia.

Specific duties of the role include:

  • Monthly renewals
  • Processing, tracking and recording of new claims
  • Endorsements
  • First point of contact for existing and potential new clients

To be successful in this role you should have demonstrated experience in a similar role, intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills, enthusiasm and drive.
