We seek an experienced QUANTITY SURVEYOR to begin work on a major Oil & Gas Project in the North West of Western Australia. This is a high profile LNG Project.

The position will suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor with around 7 - 9 years QS knowledge in a major CONSTRUCTION environment.

Reporting to the Lead Contracts Engineer you will be required to monitor any changes to the value of the work in each allocated Construction Subcontract and assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities, Addenda and cost forecasts.

You will need:

* Experience working on LNG projects. In particular TANK Erection experience is essential.
* Experience working for an EPCM company.
* Ability to lead a team.
* Financial reporting information providing cash-flow analysis.
* Breakdown of projects regarding materials, scope of work and documentation.
* Estimation - Preliminary, Pre-tender, Evaluation, Contract Disputes.
* Assessment and recommendations for progress payments.
* Liaising with consultants, clients and builders.
* Variation assessment and negotiation with builders.
* Preparing ????? ????? for clients.
* Produce a Bill of Quantity. Carry out Field QS requirements as delegated by the Construction contracts in accordance with Client requirements, systems, procedures, budgets and schedules.

You must be able to demonstrate LNG Tank experience.
