Our client, an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation servicing the Fitzroy Valley in the heart of the Kimberley region of Western Australia is committed to delivering ????? ????? of holistic and culturally appropriate health promotion, disease prevention, environmental health and aged care services to an indigenous population amongst whom traditional law, language and cultural practices remain strong.

An exciting and challenging employment opportunity is available for a Corporate Support Officer to work within the Health Services policies and procedures division. Reporting to the Director of Services, the key responsibilities of this role are:
  • Working with the administration teams to plan, develop and implement administrative systems
  • Supervise administration staff
  • Prepare funding submissions
  • General HR duties - timesheet preparation, performance reviews, maintain personnel files
  • Coordinate staff accommodation and property management
  • Meeting coordination and minute taking

To be successful in this role it is essential that you possess the following:
  • Qualification in Office Management or similar
  • Experience within an administration field, preferably office management
  • Well developed word processing and computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite
  • A satisfactory police clearance
