COORDINATOR
Hands on full time challenging position for an organised intelligent 'problem solver', who can promote a positive philosophy within the team.
Only suit a fit, highly motivated well presented person with excellent maintenance experience to head up maintenancerounds department for leading Tourist Park.
Essential requirements
Relevant qualification in building/technical trade/ or tertiary studies in related area or 5 years experience in housing/property maintenance
Ability to plan work schedules and effectively direct staff.
Competency in computer literacy, Word and Excel.
Well developed organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Customer service skills.
Excellent OH&S implementation background
As a valued employee, you will be expected to:
Plan and carry out routine and breakdown maintenance
Supervise external contractors
Prepare project proposals and capital requests
Take part in the emergency callout system as required
Package will be based on experience.
