Retail Butcher - Store Management Opportunity

Our client, a family owned company comprising of a processing plant, wholesale and retail outlets, is currently seeking an experienced Butcher to take on an exciting role of Retail Store Manager for one of their busy retail outlets. The successful candidate will be a proactive person with a passion for the meat industry .
To be consider for this position you will need to possess the following skills or attributes:
Relevant trade qualifications
Detailed knowledge and understanding of OH&S, quality control and safety procedures.
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated , enthusiastic and reliable
Have demonstrated leadership qualities
