The Property & Facilities
Officer supports the Commercial &
Residential Property and Facilities Coordinators in the efficient
management of properties and facilities associated contracts and
leases, development and delivery of efficient property
maintenance systems to ensure quality staff housing for
Horizon Power employees throughout the state.
The successful applicant will have relevant
industry experience and knowledge in:
- property management issues, including property leasing
- property maintenance/repairs and coordination of
contractors
Exposure to contract management and administration would be an
advantage.
