Located in South Melbourne, leading musical instrument wholesale/retailer requires a full time person with bookkeeping and admin experience to join our office team.

General Requirements
* Self Motivated, Reliable, Team Player
* Able to handle a variety of tasks including Custom Service
   
Responsible For
* Processing of Invoices & Credits
* Assist company Accountant
* Handling Import/Shipping documents
* Banking - Processing Cheques, EFT, Credit Card Payments
* Company Payroll / HR Management
   
Essential Skills
* Accounts Receivable
* MYOB Accounting Software Experience
* Computer Skills (Microsoft Excel a must)
* Strong Organisational Skills & ability to Multi-Task
* TAFE certificate / Diploma in Business Admin, Accounts or Financial Services

 

Salary - $45,000 package + Superannuation
