Business Development Manager - SaaS Solutions - circa $150k total package

  • Leading software organisation (SaaS) with a loyal and diverse customer base across ANZ are currently recruiting a BDM to join their high performing sales team. This highly successful organisation are the leaders within their field as a result of their excellent solutions & service offerings.

    The key objectives of the role are to maximise the sales potential of your next employers solution offerings. As a new BDM with the organisation it will be expected that you undertake research & analysis to scope demand for the solution and prepare a market development plan and implement strategies to implement the plan. After identifying key procurers in the market you will prepare sales proposals based on established needs and then present the SaaS offering ????? ????? prospect.

    The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record as a BDM coupled with excellent presentation skills to board level. You will be a natural hunter with the ability to 'Solution Sell' based on improved business and workflow processes. Having experience selling into local / state government would make any applicant really stand out from the crowd.

    On offer is a base salary of $75,000 + Super + Commission + Car and you can expect a total salary package in the region of $150,000 for successfully meeting your sales quota.
