This 12 month contract role has come about to ensure that best practice HR is continued in the absence of a team member.  The HR team puts true emphasis on being a business partner and this role will be crucial in the continuation of this.

This role will see you reporting to the ER Manager and support the operations part of the business.  This will involve you being involved in award interpretation through to performance management issues.  You will need to be able to demonstrate a solid foundation in ER and deal with people across a multi disciplined business.
