With a growing reputation for providing high quality person centred services, this not for profit aged care organization is undergoing a period of consolidation prior to planned growth over the next few years. They are currently leaders in their market sector and provide a variety of services including residential and community aged care and day programs for older people. As part of their growth strategy they are now seeking to recruit an experienced PAG team leader to further develop their well utilized activities and events programs.

 Working with a multi-disciplinary team you will take full responsibility for conducting a variety of activities on an on going basis as well as arranging significant cultural events. You will enjoy working with a Culturally and Linguistically Diverse groups to develop culturally appropriate and interesting activities designed to enhance client out comes and improve quality of life. You will be a natural leader who is able to inspire participation by people at all levels of fitness and encourage new member involvement.

 Ideally you will have a back ground in planned activity group leadership and have contemporary knowledge of community based aged care delivery. You will be committed to continuous improvement and providing a truly client centred service. Tertiary qualifications in a health science discipline will be highly regarded.
