Hays Education are currently looking to find a dedicated, keen Centre Director to lead a fantastic group of Childcare professionals...!

This centre strives to ensure the highest quality staff, programs and facilities to promote optimal developmental and educational opportunities for children. The centre programs and approach are based on sound principles of early childhood development and developing the whole child.

The Role:

You will be working within a centre that has a strong family following and a real sense of nurture and care!

As a Director, you will be expected to have strong knowledge of the new early learning framework, and accreditation process. This role is a full time / permanent role which will mean working approx 38 x hours per week.

• Experience dealing with profit and loss sheets
• Experience of dealing staff development training
• Strong management skills
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Experience through accreditation and knowledge of the new regs
