Currently we are looking for Inbound Sales Executives, who are passionate about exceeding customer expectations and sales targets.
If you are a Sales Professional with min 1 years experience in a contact centre sales environment &/or retail sales environment who has outstanding communication skills and a positive ‘can do’ approach, who is looking to be rewarded with excellent working conditions
The ideal candidate will be highly energetic with strong business disciplines, to time-manage effectively and achieve sales targets.
Previous experience within SALES is a must and industry experience would be highly regarded, however not essential.
Your main responsibilities will range from:
- Achieve Recurring ????? ?????
- Achieve inbound telesales campaign targets
- Assist in outbound activity when required
- Achieve inbound loyalty sales conversion targets
- Ensure delivery of a positive customer experience.
- Assist with Inbound and customer service calls as & when directed
- Cross-selling other products and services
