This call centre based at their head office requires a Team Manager to join this already existing team.  You will be required for the management of  the current Team Leaders and interaction with a variety of key departments in order to translate and implement the Telesales vision and strategy into daily team operations and activities.
 
Working closely with the Team Leaders, you will ensure the teams continually meet and exceed department targets and goals, ensuring compliance to overall company policy and procedure.
 
A confident experienced Team Manager who has very strong people management skills grouped with a passion to develop and encourage others will see you be successful within this organisation.
