Surveillance Manager
We currently have a 12 month fixed term opportunity for a Surveillance Manager to work from our office in Burwood East. This position forms part of the Road Asset Management team and is an opportunity to play an important role in achieving the State Government's transport strategies.
Your work will provide you with the opportunity to be involved in diverse activities such as:
* Pavement and drainage maintenance works
* Vegetation management
* Representing VicRoads in dealing with the public, councils, and other authorities
* Assisting VicRoads to deal with emergency events
We are seeking candidates with particular attributes including:
* A proven ability to communicate articulately and persuasively (both verbally and formal written)
* A proven ability to influence and negotiate to achieve successful outcomes
* Self motivated and will work unsupervised.
* Well developed problem solving abilities and can be innovative
* Well developed competency in providing timely verbal and written performance and site observation reports.
* A demonstrated ability to prioritise and organise tasks
The position offers the following benefits:
* Salary range of $50,632 - $61,602 (plus 9% superannuation)
