Scope in the company!
A well established family owned company who designs and installs heating and cooling systems requires another HVAC Contracts Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
You duties will include but not limited to:
- Ensuring ????? ????? on time.
- Overseeing all contracts and tender applications.
- Ensuring ????? ????? correct and within budget.
- variations and claims,
- Sub-Contract liaison.
- Managing major HVAC projects for both Air and Heating
- Experience of all aspects of HVAC
- Financial management.
- Computer literate.
