An opportunity currently exists within a leading software house in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. This organisation provides Dealer Management Solutions to the Automotive industry, and is considered to be the market leader in their field. To assist the organisation to maintain their enviable reputation, a customer focussed Help Desk Consultant is required to join the friendly and team oriented Accounting Help Desk team.
Reporting to the Team Leader, your day to day responsibilities will include:

Registering ????? ????? service calls.

Providing initial diagnosis and resolution of service calls from clients.

Liaising with support specialists when required to ensure the resolution of all service calls.

Meeting and exceeding all Service Level Agreements.
To be successful in this position, you must have previous experience working within a car dealership - either in administration or accounting - utilising ERAnet, DealerPRO and AutoLedgers. Similarly, you will be an exceptional communicator, both written and verbally, and possess exceptional troubleshooting skills. You will also have strong computer literacy skills. IT or Automotive qualifications will be highly regarded.
