This position represents an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Finance/Project Analyst to join this iconic retailer at an exciting time in their strategic development. You will play an integral role as they continue to expand and implement a range of projects that will improve operational and financial performance.
 
Reporting to the Manager Business Planning & Analysis, you will take responsibility for the financial assessment and ongoing management reporting associated with a range of major capital projects. In this lead role, you will review all proposals including the preparation of business cases for projects that will be submitted for approval.
 
You will provide ongoing support to the various operations teams for all projects with a focus on commercial and financial issues. Additionally, you will coordinate presentations for internal stakeholders and the leadership team which will act as the forum to provide adhoc reports and analysis detailing the position and progress of each project.
 
CA/CPA qualified, you are a commercially focused finance professional with sound experience in project financial analysis, ideally in a large corporate yet entrepreneurial environment. You are highly analytical, possess strong financial modelling skills (DCF and NPV) and demonstrate first-class interpersonal and communication skills. This role sits in a position of influence and as such, you must be able to drive commercial decision-making at all levels.
