    About the role

    Reporting to the General Manager – People & Services, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for the provision of HR services and advice to the entire GroundProbe global team, with particular emphasis on the management team. Included is responsibility for the development and implementation of HR systems, process and projects.

    To be successful in this role you must have the drive and determination to succeed. You will be:

    • A highly motivated individual, able to set priorities and meet deadlines, and be a strong team player;
    • Able to manage GroundProbe’s recruitment, induction and retention processes to achieve a level of human resources capital to meet the organisations needs;
    • Proficient in managing the identification and delivery of training requirements across the organisation to meet the identified needs;
    • A cultural change management champion across GroundProbe by developing and implementing best practices HR policies and procedures.

    Desirable Skills

    • Experience in cultural change management, international human resource pratices and job evaluation methods;
    • Exceptional communication, coaching, influencing and interpersonal skills;
    • Leadership and mentoring ????? ?????;
    • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the role;

    Experience

    • Minimum five (5) to ten (10) years generalist human resource management or general management experience is essential.
    • Experience with HR systems and databases
