About the role
The Systems Engineering Manager is responsible for the overall design of our systems. Put your mark on our high tech systems, bringing quality processes to design processes. Oversee Systems Engineers and support new product development projects.

The Systems Engineering Manager role is a hands-on role for suitable for someone who can manage others, but who still wants to get involved in the technical details. The Systems Engineering Manager is also responsible for the technical writing function.


Who we are looking for
To be successful in this role you must have the drive and determination to succeed, plus be able to demonstrate:
* Highly motivated individual, able to set priorities and meet deadlines, and be a strong team player.
* High level of systems engineering skill covering a broad area of electrical/electronics engineering (Radar Systems, Hardware Design, Software Design and Firmware Design);
* Innovativeness and ingenuity to devise practical, innovative and economic solutions to problems;
* Advanced analytical and problem solving skills


Minimum ten (10) years engineering experience with electronic engineering projects and five (5) years systems engineering. Preferable experience developing radar systems or automotive electronics systems

Experience with diesel engines and generator sets would be highly regarded.
