The clean beaches of Newcastle, Port Stephens and Lake Macquarie are only a 90min drive away. Due to increasing business requirements we are looking at creating a highly talented and achievement orientated Operations Team. Reporting to the Commercial Services Coordinator, the primary purpose of this key role is to undertake reception duties and to assist in the efficient running of the office in an administrative capacity. A confidential and cordial manner is essential. You will be responsible for answering ????? ????? calls, maintenance and ordering ????? ????? supplies, distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, document control including filing electronic and physical dealing with general enquiries and providing general support to the Mangoola team.
