The entry position will suit an experienced production team leader, co-ordinator or shift manager or others involved with operational improvement and looking for their next career step. Your success will be measured by your unrelenting commitment to safety, continuous performance innovation which will result in the achievement of increased productivity, quality, customer service and employee well being.
The company has a number of production facilities throughout the south eastern Australian region. This particular opening is close to the diverse food producing areas around Shepparton and offers an attractive lifestyle alongside job security and the opportunity to develop your skills in management. We will consider applicants from the food, beverage or other industries where Lean production techniques and the optimisation of people, processes and equipment is part of everyday performance.
