Apprentice Toolmaker

A small tool room in Seven Hills, is seeking a school leaver who is mechanically minded, interested in "hands on" work and has a keen interest in learning to operate machines.

The applicant would need to have passed in Maths & English and be prepared to do a four year apprenticeship, involving 1 day a week at TAFE for the first three years. During this time skills such as C.A.D. , operating conventional and CNC machines, making and designing press tools & special purpose machines, would be taught.

Iniative, motivation & punctuality will be rewarded.
