Our client is a leading Multi National Public Corporation
They have a need for a highly experienced Technical ( Mechanical ) customer service officer who enjoys taking ownership of customer orders, and resolving issues before directing them to their service operators to complete the requisition, and to play a key role in their customer service team. You will understand the importance of providing customers with a high level of service and will enjoy going that little bit further to ensure things are followed through and timelines met.
Your responsibilities will be varied but will include
Enter/Update data in ERP database for service works in progress and track service works
Co-ordinate resources and materials to meet on time delivery of customer commitments and expectations.
Assist with generation and accurate customer and internal reports.
Undertake training as required,Working in a team environment
Sound computer skills (eg Excel, Word, Outlook and SAP, Oracle)
Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills
An Analytical mind, Good at Problem solving, Eye for detail with a Can do attitude
Following up backorders, liaising with service, trades and other departments as required and handling a range of enquiries.
