Senior HR appointments -Gulf Experience necessary – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

 

 

Our client is a major player internationally and has an aggressive growth strategy in KSA. The HR director having been in the position for a while now is looking to appoint his senior management team. This is a rare opportunity to join a global brand and work with an excellent calibre of HR professionals. The team will be 6 strong and will incorporate the following role:

 

·          Head of Training & Development

 

·          Head of Compensation & Benefits (Reward)

 

·          Head of Organisational Development

 

·          Head of Recruitment

 

·          HR Business Partner (2 roles)

 

·          HR Consultant - 3 month Contract (Grading structure, job descriptions, benchmarking)

 

You must be currently living in the Middle East, western educated, energetic and dynamic. You will have international experience and be comfortable living in Jeddah. All sector backgrounds will be consider but having a mix of international and Middle Eastern experience is a must.
