RUSH Surf is looking for a store manager for the new RUSH Surf store opening @ TOP RYDE. 

RUSH Surf aims to provide the ultimate shopping experience by creating a culture that inspires our team and our customers to immerse themselves in all that is surf, the industry, the brands, the product and the lifestyle.

 

RUSH Surf currently has over 35 stores throughout QLD, NSW and the NT and is one of Australia’s largest and most reputable surf retailers!

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fun & dynamic, yet results driven team.

What you need to get this gig:

 

• Minimum 12 months experience in a Retail Management role
• Demonstrate excitement and interest in the job at hand
• A proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ability to lift moral, motivate & maintain a fun and challenging work environment
• Exceptional presentation with a flair for surf fashion
• Strong leadership skills, the ability to stand out & communicate at all levels
• Be results driven and have proven ability to achieve set sales targets & KPI’s
• A passion for visual merchandising
• A team player with a drive to succeed and the ability to go to the top.
