TEAM LEADER CUSTOMER SERVICE

 



  • Would you like a role that is fast paced and in friendly environment?
  • Do you have a minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience in a Team Leader position?
  • Do you have the experience and confidence to manage staff and meet deadlines and targets?  

Your duties will include:     

  • Ensuring ????? ????? customer service team runs smoothly and meets deadlines 
  • Attend to in bound customer enquiries  
  • Liaise with Consultants to ensure new leads are followed-up   
  • Prepare reports with accuracy
