TEAM LEADER CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Would you like a role that is fast paced and in friendly environment?
- Do you have a minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience in a Team Leader position?
- Do you have the experience and confidence to manage staff and meet deadlines and targets?
Your duties will include:
- Ensuring ????? ????? customer service team runs smoothly and meets deadlines
- Attend to in bound customer enquiries
- Liaise with Consultants to ensure new leads are followed-up
- Prepare reports with accuracy
