The byKCW™ brand is launching several new product divisions in the next 3 – 12 months. The extensive new range of products will be targeted to both the retail & wholesale industries.
 
Overview of the Role
As a ThinkEcobyKCW™ Sales Account Representative,  you will have the opportunity to strengthen existing client relationships and establish exciting new accounts. By discussing cutting edge strategic issues with executives in the hospitality & wholesale distribution markets, one of your key tasks will be to manage the revenue generation process. You will be generously remunerated with sales bonuses when you meet our readily achievable monthly and quarterly sales targets.
A key requirement in this position is to build trust and develop a close understanding of each client relationship in order to continuously improve our first class customer service.
 
What are we looking for in a Sales Rep?
The successful candidate will be an experienced sales professional who is ambitious, proactive and results driven. You will have a flexible approach and the ability to formulate (and put into practice) new sales strategies.
 
  • 3 – 5 years proven sales experience, preferred but not essential, in the hospitality wholesale supply & distribution markets.
  • A ”Can-do” attitude to hit the ground running (energetic, optimistic & enthusiastic)
  • Experience in a commercial environment, highly desirable.
  • A proven ability to work in a structured sales environment coupled with an impressive sales track record.
  • Experience developing strategic plans for undeveloped sales territories, preferred. 
  • Confidence & experience in building relationships with senior level decision makers in targeted companies.
 
Essential Skills
  • Microsoft Dynamics (preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel & Word - Intermediate to Advanced
  • Microsoft PowerPoint – Intermediate 
  • Confidence in working & multi-tasking in a fast paced & growing  business.
  • Proven track record in successfully coordinating activities that involve a cross section of both internal & external clients (ie management & customers).
  •  Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Current Driver’s Licence
