The byKCW™ brand is launching several new product divisions in the next 3 – 12 months.
Overview of the Role
In this role you will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service, both internally & externally for the various wholesale divisions of byKCW™ and ensuring the office & reception runs smoothly.
Generic Overview
The candidate will be:
- Vibrant, self-motivated & one who thrives in providing outstanding administration & reception services.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Ensuring callers, visitors, guests and clients are greeted in a professional yet friendly manner, including diary management & scheduling of appointments.
- Answering all internal and external calls, relaying messages and attending to enquiries.
- Ownership and responsibility for all orders of office equipment, furniture, stationery & building maintenance requests.
- Photocopy, fax, scan & file documents for multiple divisions (Management & Sales Team) in a systematic and structured manner.
- Collect & distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
- Monitoring mail and faxes and ordering couriers.
- Prepare mail merge documents, labels and envelopes.
- Input receipts & invoices received into the sales & finance systems.
- Play a key role in the delivery of exceptional customer service to both internal & external customers by developing good working relationships with the end user community.
- Provide professional and ethical behavior in your actions by ensuring compliance with internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position.
Mandatory
The candidate must:
- Be a self starter, require minimal supervision & be comfortable working with systems and data with which they may not be familiar.
- Have acquired similar experience in customer service, administration or front-desk management.
- Confident in prioritising & escalating urgent issues / enquiries.
- Ability to multi-task.
- High attention to detail & accuracy.
- Dedicated team player.
- A logical & flexible approach to workplace situations & tasks with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
