Pier Restaurant, one of Sydney's leading restaurants, requires a fully experienced Assistant Manager. It is required that the applicant has worked in a similar styled restaurant, preferably in a One, Two or Three Hat establishment.
The applicant must be able to oversee and train staff. They must have experience in all areas of restaurant management.
