The Company

Our client is an international market leader within the industrial safety & personal protection equipment industry. They have built their reputation through strong customer service focus, efficient and cost effective solutions as well as trust and loyalty. They are currently looking to engage an Account Manager.

The Opportunity

Your role will be to manage and expand a large port-folio of distributor accounts by identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities with end-user accounts across your territory. You will develop strong relationships with key decision makers through to showroom sales and sales rep's. You will also work towards a mix of direct and project/specification driven business opportunities.

You

• 2-3+ Years sales experience within any industrial environment.
• A proven track record within account management and business development.
• Strong relationship building and negotiation skills.
• Results focused!

The Rewards

Your salary package will include a base salary of $55K - $65K + Car / Car Allowance + Super + Incentives. You will also be given clear and realistic targets with a lucrative commission structure to work towards. Full training will also be provided as well as on-going training and development opportunities to give you the potential to advance your career.
