Position: Reliability Engineer
RecruitR has been engaged by a large reputable organisation to source a Reliability Engineer to take on a significant role in a challenging environment.
In this role you will be reporting to the Maintenance Manager and will be providing reliability engineering services to the maintenance department in order to increase reliability & availability of plant. This is a large and challenging role and will encompass the development and the implementation of a reliability program. This role has supervision responsibilities as well and is responsible for the condition monitoring works.
The successful applicant will:
- Have significant experience in reliability engineering
- Condition monitoring experience
- An understanding of what is required in developing & implementing a condition monitoring program
- Strong planning & organisaitonal skills
- Effective communication skills
- Previous experience in a supervisory capacity
- A commitment to working in a safe environment
