We are a leading provider of care in Australia and are renowned for our flexibility, innovation and strong community focus.   We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager in Sydney.  Reporting to the Area Operations Manager, Sydney Region this position will:

  • Lead and develop the Sydney Disability programs to ensure quality service user care and protection, by providing efficient services in an environment of enhanced staff, individual, family and community relationships.
  •  Establish and manage quality services that are flexible and dynamic that meet the needs of participants and that are compliant with Industry standards and Life Without Barriers policies.

 

The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal skills, be an experienced manager in Disability, and be able to demonstrate a pro–active and problem solving approach
