My client is a boutique private childcare provider, with 8 centres in New South Wales and Victoria. Randstad Education are currently recruiting an Early Childhood Teacher for their Riverwood service.
The centre is purpose built, well resourced and offers only the highest quality programs for children aged 0-5 years old. Staff are valued, supported and offered professional development and career progression opportunities within the organization.
The role involves working in the preschool room as the Room Leader. You will be working with qualified and experienced staff, and will be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating the age appropriate program – including the school readiness program.
To be eligible for this role, you will need the following;
- A completed Bachelor of Education (early childhood) or equivalent and recognized degree. Please note, all qualifications must be approved by the Department of Community Services.
- Experience working in a centre based setting with children aged 3-5 years old.
- A dynamic approach to programming, and the ability to work as part of a vibrant team.
