Our client is a leading national firm and one of the fastest growing firms in Australia,

They are currently searching for a self sufficient NSW property lawyer for the Newcastle office.

This is a small office of a much larger firm which gives you access to the resources and brand power of the firm but the opportunities and environment of a much smaller office environment.

Servicing an existing client base business development is not the focus of the role, they are looking for a capable and efficient NSW trained property lawyer who is able to work well with limited supervision.

The work will include but not be limited to lots of commercial property / access to land work as well as drafting and enforcing easements and acquisitions and disposals of land.

The client is open to the level of seniority of the lawyer but they must be capable and self sufficient they are benchmarking it as a 4-8 year level.

NSW Property experience is mandatory for this role
