About the Role:

A 12 month contract for a lawyer at the 3-5 year pqe mark to start asap. The role is a broad commercial role that would suit a candidate who has worked either in a Financial Services organisation or in house in any heavily regulated industry. The work includes Contract drafting, TPA advice, Review of Marketing material - PDS's etc and has a good knowledge of Financial Services Regulations and AML. 

About You:

Our client is ideally looking for someone who has some in house experience (or secondments) as this is not a role for a "black letter" lawyer who likes to write long advices, but rather a very dynamic dot com style environment.  The ideal candidate will be able to juggle many different matters at once and be able to give a quick turnaround on work to multiple internal clients.
