Our client is a well established and diversified food business that is extremely well positioned to grow further.
They have a large production facility that requires an experienced Engineering Maintenance Manager to supervise 5 staff (welders, fitter and electrician).
The role will be a busy one - it is a large facility. Your boss is a fair and task orientated manager. He does not want to hear the sugar coated story, he is just after the facts and a solution from you.
